Warranty

All Cedarbrook Pet products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order ID and photos of the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are fulfilled by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's return policy. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
